Oh God, Turn Me Into a Flower.

SHOWCASED AT THE FASHION SHOW 2023 (IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY)

“Growing up with a mother who was a florist, I witnessed the admiration flowers received, just for existing, which created an envy within me. To exist is to be loved, as a flower. This mirrors a rather sad reality for most artists, who can only measure their value by what they have created. Some of our most beautiful creations, maim us beyond repair. My debut collection is a prayer, looking up as the dark blue night dips into the evening sky, yearningly stating "Oh God, Turn Me Into a Flower.”
